All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day—we appreciate your patience!

📦 Shipping Rates & Estimates

We currently offer shipping across West and East Malaysia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

🏠 Local Pickup

If you are located nearby, you may see a Local Pickup option available at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions on how to collect your items.

🔍 Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours so you can follow your parcel's journey directly through the courier’s website.

Bio Paw Organic Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at +6016-881 6515 and the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
