How We Started

Our journey didn't start as a business plan; it began at home, fueled by a deep love for our own furkids. From the time they were young, we were committed to their well-being, believing that natural ingredients were essential for their health. However, we found that options here in Malaysia were limited. To get the quality our dogs deserved, we had to source products from overseas ourselves.

The Truth About "Natural"

Over time, we discovered a frustrating truth: many products labeled as "natural" or "plant-based" were misleading. They often contained only a tiny percentage of natural ingredients, while the rest was laden with harsh chemicals.

We learned this the hard way. After prolonged use of these products, our pets suffered from itchy skin, redness, fur loss, and infections. This pushed us to do extensive research, where we learned that truly organic products do exist—products with transparent ingredients and proper certifications. Once we made the switch, our furkids' skin issues finally healed.

Why External Care Matters

A common misconception is that because shampoo or balms are for external use, the ingredients matter less than food. Some might say, "They aren't eating it." We firmly disagree.

Ideally, skin and fur are part of your pet's living organs. What goes on them can be absorbed by them. If we want our pets to enjoy longevity and good health, we must ensure that harsh chemicals aren't entering their bodies through their skin.

The "Boss Dog" Standard

We are rigorous about what we sell. We research and study every single ingredient, ensuring products are lab-tested and properly certified before we agree to distribute them.

But our most important test happens at home. Every product is tested by us and "QC-ed" (Quality Controlled) by our own Boss Dogs before it ever reaches the store shelves.
